DLLR’s Division of Financial Regulation issued an Emergency Preparedness Guide for the state’s banks and credit unions. It provides useful information regarding emergency preparation for financial institutions, communications with the Division during a crisis, procedures for closing and/or relocating damaged branches and other key issues based on experiences of states around the nation.
