Free Help in Preventing Pollution and Lowering Costs

The Maryland Department of the Environment, in partnership with the University of Maryland Manufacturing Assistance Program (MAP), offers technical assistance to help businesses make the most efficient use of materials and energy, protect the environment and save money.  MDE is currently seeking participants in two programs for Fall 2011:  an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Implementation Assistance Program and a Lean and Clean Manufacturing Assistance Program.  These programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
